Did a nice job of adjusting the bracelets of antique watches. Other jewelers and the sole agents of the watch refused to assist.
A very pleasant bespoke experience, Rachel is very patient and meticulous which made the whole experience extremely memorable.My wife and myself love the engagement ring design and gem that she designed, handpicked and crafted for us. A cousin recommended me to this shop. The owner’s name is Rachel. She is very patient, she took time to understand what I was looking for. She isn’t pushy, unlike other jewelry shops I’ve been to previously. She designs some really interesting pieces. So you’ll know you definitely won’t see the same design anywhere else. Love love.
It is absolutely a wonderful experience at Rachel’s jewel. Hubby gifted me a gem and we decided to ask Rachel to set it. She listened to us attentively to our preference and our story. Unlike some shops, she didn’t try to hard-sell us any gigantic diamonds to go with it. Creating an intricate design, explaining how a setting works, and what doesn’t, she is meticulous, communicative and really patient. Be sure that Rachel works within your budget too! The final product – my floral ring, she has created for us, it’s absolutely gorgeous! The workmanship exceeds our expectations and we love it. Thank you so much, Rachel!
